Der Strategieprozess wurde von der Beh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Innovation initiiert und gemeinsam mit Vertretern aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Verwaltung entwickelt, eng begleitet
